I am not worried, but "being legal" is a relative thing, it's only illegal if someone says it is...and why, for your safety? It's just another case of the Govt. overstepping it's bounds period. This is a law that was written by insurance companies.

What will you say when they pass a law that it is illegal to ride Yamahas because it's dangerous, would you worry then? What is the difference? By that logic riding is dangerous anyway so the logical thing to do is ban motorcycles and wah-lah no more need of helmet laws anyway..
