whats the scoop on this store?

what is the name of the bike shop on north side houston, on 45 south, past 1960, but before rankin. big graffitti'd store front/warehouse place. giant motorcycle painted on the side or front of building. i have never stopped by because it "looks" shut down.. but a few cars are there...not sure if they ever move or not. i only ask because it's a minute or two from my place..

is this place open business?

i'll just leave my questions at that for now.

I went in there once. Asked if they had any chain lube. They looked at me like I just landed from Mars.

IMO any store that doesn't at least carry (or know about) the basics is right out.

never been there personally... just driven by it... but have NEVER heard one good thing about that place...

apparently really shady... also told to make sure your vin is 'straight' on the frame cause of 'tampering'

just hearsay... i have no proof

They work on bikes too, they always have something torndown in their "clean" room in the back i guess you could call it.

I get parts from them sometimes when i can't find it elsewhere. They hold irregular hours and I usually have to call him on his cell to make sure they're there before i go pick something up.

never had any problems with them though, but like I said I have just bought used parts off of them.
