Itzel86,

I have a 08 250 as well...pm me whatever you don't understand and I'll try to help out. I'm out of town right now though...

250 requires you to have a different flasher relay swapped out too. You can also use resistors but they heats up so I try to avoid them. How many Leds are you replacing?

did he say led blinkers? if so then yes your gonna need resistors. if your talking bout leds to light up your bike PM m109runner.

they don't get too hot. get the nice fat ceramic ones from rad shack. i have 2 in my tail held down with zip ties. no issues at all.

LEDs for accent lighting does NOT need any resistors......LEDs for blinkers WILL need a load equalizer. if not it wil flash fast like there is a bulb out.

PM me if you need any help. I will try to talk you thru what i can

They are really simple to wire up. The problem for me was deciding where to place them on the bike. I did Squoddy's bike not too long ago.

Yes - but be careful where you place them under the tail section - rock will beat them to and they won't work... :-(

Try ebay, cycle gear, texas yamaha, etc. Most motorcycle shop carry Eletropods. Also EPO in clearlake has leds.
