I beleive the parking lot is managed by the Owner who Leases the space to Starbucks. So kicking you off the lot isnt Starbuck, probably the property management..dont really know what the rules and laws are.

Isn't there a sign posted "We Reserve The Right To Refuse Service To Anyone!!"

Just sayin, that is BS.
It was questionable on the legality. Im not a lawyer, but I dont know of anything that gives them the authority to just select a group and tell them to get lost.

I would suggest if it happens again that the cops are just ignored. What are they going to do? Arrest EVERYONE?

Agreed. That was my point. Making a blanket statement, "We don't allow motorcycles in our parkinglot," is going to be a hard sell. Absolutely they can kick you out for doing burnouts and being disruptive.

The sign would be on Starbucks' property which then is counter to your assumption that the parking lot is managed by an owner who leases the spaces to Bucks. As well, refusing the right of service is not iron clad. For example they couldn't refuse the service to an indiividual based on weight or skin color.
