Yeah! I don't like that. It is not as thrilling. Is it safer for the riders?

Safer? Perhaps a little, especially at Daytona where the track is so expansive. Pretty tough on the guys in back who have to control themselves until they pass the start / finish. Regardless, it's boring to watch.

WTF?

Westby gets 7th and they talk about everyone around him but not him. No mention about someone without a big name yet placing where he did.

Did meyers crash out or a few laps back? Hayes finished 1 spot in front of him even after Hayes crashed out..

I was really upset seeing the Buell do so well and then look what happened. The world watched as they duct taped the radiator guard on the side of the d@mn bike!

They've used the pace car before, but never like this. I actually fell asleep for a few minutes toward the end. I never thought that could happen to me when watching a motorcycle race.

Suck race to watch. It was dumbed down in an effort to make it more entertaining. Racing at night, I'm telling ya that DMG was hoping for more crashes with lots of sparks and maybe even a burning bike or two so hayseed NASCRAP fans could say, "Demz bikz was some funz ta lookie at, I tell ya what!"

Lame.

Well, it started out as a thread about how lame the start was, and I posted about it about two minutes into the race, so I couldn't know at that time what the outcome was going to be. That others posted up how people did in the race isn't my problem. Besides, only Dane Westby is called out by name with regard to finish order, and he didn't win. I am a Westby fan; I didn't know you were a Westby fan. I take it you caught him on The Liberty Motorsports Hour today?

But I hear ya. Hey Chris! Make Dustin an admin so he can fix things this like this, will ya?
