R1 Exhaust

I'm helping my friend install a two brother's slip on on his 2001 Yamaha R1 was wanting to know if he is going to have to install new jets on the carbs or will it run ok with the stock settings? Any help would be appreciated.

With just a slip-on he shouldnt need to re-jet.
