Sure did, but one of the lowers has a little crack in it, lots of scratches all around but nothing too bad.

Also, this is funny. The thief is up to 3 charges, including now tampering with evidence and possession.

Yeah I am INSANELY lucky compared to most people. The lady walked me through a whole garage of bikes... She said they just got one in last night that was nothing but a frame with a stolen VIN.

LOL yeah. My girlfriend found that last night and we were kind of sad that he had a kid

I mean, I'm all for criminals going to jail for this type of stuff, but why did he have to drag his kid into his criminal life? It's pretty unfair and I feel for the kid more than anything...

Thanks! It is amazing. Truly a blessing and I know that this is by far the luckiest thing that has ever happened to me. I'm just starting to find out all the little wrong with the bike now, which is fun... heh...

They tried to break into my back seat, and managed to jam a screwdriver into the lock, and still not open it!! Now the lock is broken and I can't open it. I might have to get the whole bike relocked/keyed since the only thing I can open with my key now is the gas tank. Awesome!

Also, thinking about it now, I'm going to have to drain my gas tank. The gas in there might be premium, but after 8 months it's probably more like Jello.

let me know, and good luck, I hate seeing people get ripped off by tow lots and have yet to see someone get their money back from it. EVEN when the car was towed by mistake.

Yeah I agree. A lot of ya'll have been really generous with my situation and not even knowing me at all, that's very cool. I did end up borrowing some cash from my dad, if anyone was wondering how I managed to get the bike out finally.

I wanted to avoid borrowing from people on here mostly just because I wouldn't be 100% comfortable with the idea of someone worrying if I was a scammer or some such . I know I'm good for it, but I wouldn't want someone sitting and worrying if they just paid a nigerian scammer by accident or something LOL.

Good luck on the repair. This situation would require a serious A** kicking on this yahoo for me to feel better.
What we need on the site is a sticky of a real wall of shame for POS like this guy and post their names and pics if possible. So whenever we are in a bike arena in public and you see thier faces, then you will know to hug your bike tight and carry it with you. They will have to leave Houston to be unrecognisable, and solve my problem at the same time.
