Nice pictures, thanks for sharing. Could you have driven on the track?

Pretty freaky to get in those situation where you don't know the local language well enough. I had a couple of very interesting experiences in communist east berlin, before the wall came down. Like yourself, I managed to find a couple of locals that willingly helped out. Goodness prevails!

thank you , thank you, thank you, great pics. and what a great idea. im hopefuly going to do the asia trip in about 2 yrs, japan, korea, vietnam, china (wifey is vietnamese and chinese) but i really enjoyed those pics.
