Pretty much anything other than Cresson or MSRH you want to stay at a hotel. I have drove to TWS (Texas World Speedway) rode a day and drove back in the same day and it was miserable ride home.
You must have meant GSS in lieu of Cresson.... because that is a of a drive.

you can't be a superhero at 40. let it go . . . .
Do you play beer league softball? Racquetball? Golf? Maybe go to the gym to lift weights? You're never going to be a superhero at any at 40, but that doesn't make them not entertaining.

whats the track?

i can tell a difference in a track rider between a person that has never seen the track on the street too. big big difference, the track is a learning tool.

at first, i never wanted to put my bike on the tracks, so i started getting really fast on the streets (unsmart way) but thats how it worked for me, then when i got on the track i was hooked way worse than ever.
after people rode with me, they were like, do you race cmra or ride trackdays all the time, im like nope never been on the track, and they were like holy , you need to get on the track with your speed lol

Hey, can someone explain the cost of a trackday. How long until your tires are shot or anything else brakes etc? How is your first time whats required can you just go 30 down the whole track or do you have to take a course? Just everything you need to know.

The answer is: It depends on the tire. Dunlop last 258.6 miles, Michelin last 246.8 miles, Bridgestone last 261.2 miles and Pirelli last 266.8 miles. Yep, it doesn't matter how fast you are, what your riding style is, what track you're on, what the track conditions are, what ambiant temperature is, what your bike set-up is, whether or not you use warmers, or what size bike you're riding, this is exactly how long tires last, and not a tenth of mile more.

Brakes last one lap before they need to be replaced.

In my next lesson we will cover which is faster, a red bike, an orange bike or a blue bike. We will also cover which is better, walking to school or buying your lunch.
