Komodo K-FX

Just got in my new Komodo K-FX in today and had a chance to try it on just now and wow, what a difference comapred to what I was wearing before. Going from a $400 suit to something towards the top is such a night and day difference in the protection that is provided.

The suit itself is very stout and the extra protection in it is very nice to say the least. I can already see where wearing this before could have possibly kept me from jacking up my shin in one of my previous wrecks out at MSRH. It's going to take some time to break in but I think it will be a great suit for a long time to come.

The forearms fit snug but to my liking. The upper arms are a bit baggy but the rest of the suit has plenty of room in it for me and plenty of flex in the right spots to make it easy to get around it. Looking forward to wearing it out at the track around Thanksgiving.

Just because I know someone will ask. I went from a fieldsheer Revo size 46 to the Komodo K-FX size 48. I am 6'2" and about 230 lbs.

The revo fit but it was like the glove on OJ Simpson during his trial and had a good deal of bull knuckle. The size 48 Komodo fixes all those previous sizing issues for me and the overall feeling around the neck and in the limbs is very confortable with having room around my neck and being snug on my legs and forearms.

I almost had a komodo. I tried to fit it but it was tight at the shoulder and bicep area, long at the legs and arms. I had to returned it. I am still wearing a revo.
