Before just saying someone doesn't ride enough, I'd say it depends on how long they've owned the bike that's being sold with 3k miles on it. If they've owned it for 3 months, it's one thing. If they've owned it for 3 years, that's another.

Just b/c people don't ride as much as YOU think they should, that doesn't mean they don't ride enough for themselves or don't enjoy the limited time they might ride. Riding every chance they get isn't the end-all-be-all to everyone in the hobby. *shrug*

Didn't feel like reading through all the pages to even see if the subject changed....

But I bought my R1 in Feb when it had 11k miles. Its a 99 by the way. I am now somewhere around 22-23k, and still have plenty of riding left to
