HID light problems... help

I recently had HIDs put in for my low beam and high beam on my cbr at E RACE Performance. SInce then, I keep my high beam switch on. Everything was fine for the first couple of weks, then the low beam started giving me problems. Now it turns on about half the time, I have the turn off then turn on the bike again to turn it on sometimes. If i push the starter once the bike is on but the low beam light isnt, then it may turn on also (but this is really bad for the bike right).

ANyways so I contacted the guy and he said that theres nothing wrong this is jsut very common with bike HIDs. He told me to check up on the forums.. so does anyone else ever experience the same problems.

Also, it doesnt seem right that only the low beam gives me problems even though the high beam switch is ALWAYS on... So I'm thinking its just a bad ballast on the low beam bulb....

Strength does not come from winning. Your struggles develop your strengths. When you go through hardships and decide not to surrender, that is strength-

I had that problem.. it was the ballast it was 30bucks on ebay and the brand was gpthunder... works great and saves money but try switching ballast and to the light that won't turn on and make sure its not the bulb.. its all plug and play for hid conversions

My low beam won't come on after I turn the bike on every once in a while. I just turn the bike right back off and on, and it works just fine. Only happens about once every two weeks, so I don't worry about it.

Thats my buddy at e-race performance.

The HID problem happens to me too. I just turn the bike on with the low beam then turn on the high beam
