Nice save (not going down). Glad you ok. I was in the same type of accident, but in a car. It was off of Harwin and Hillcroft. Far right lane was turn only, center lane can go straight or turn either way. I was in the center turning about to turn right. There was a car behind me, I guess impatient, and decided to get in the far right lane but didn't turn, so he pretty much tboned me in the intersection. We both pull into a parking lot, we out and he was like "dog, what's your problem what were you doing?" I looked at him like "What, check out that sign at the light." Pointed at the sign, and he was like "oh". Cops came, and gave him a ticket. His insurance took care of the car and medical bills. No witnesses came, but he still got the blame.

thanks for the comments everyone.

the bike isnt bad at all, i just need a lower right fairing. im still just how the lady would lie to try to get out of it. i have to wait 10 days to get the accident report from the Rosenberg Sherriff's Office to see who they put at fault.

shouldn't be too hard, I mean, take a pic of the intersection, especially of the road sign showing who has to turn. What did she lie about...the lane she was in? Good luck tho.

yeah she said i was all the way to the left (left turn only) and she was in the middle lane (straight or right) and i tried to bust a right turn in front of her.

the cop told her, " motorcycles need to be extra careful, i dont think anyone be dumb enough to try to make a right hand turn passed 2 lanes of traffic."
