I just recieved my Sport Rider Mag and on page 26 is an article about KTM's RC8. Ive seen other articles but no pricing. SR printed the MSRP:19,498...
I was thinking it would be more than that, but hey whatever.

man those msrp are usually for the dealers not for the buyer they add on markup

the why would they call it manufacturers suggested retail price? as compared to wholesale price...? obviously if its a hot seller the dealers end up tacking more on, but msrp in usually includes a nice markup for the dealer to make money with.

Can't imagine people lining up to drop that kind of coin on an unproven platform.
I'm hoping it at least makes the company some money though. I like KTM and I love twins. Only time will tell.

they have a demo model at wild west honda in katy...the thing looks sick. i was told by a ktm dealer that they would be sold for around 22 or so...
