Exhaust.. AL or CF?

On my 600RR I was going to put a TBR slip on.

Should I go with the AL or with the CF which also has a slightly bigger canister for $90 more? They're gonna sound the same.. but my only real concern is that will it make a difference in terms of heat.. it an undertail exhaust system so should it matter to the passenger?

Carbon does offer a cooler external heat after light off. If too concerned about it, add insulation or modify another heat pan out of aluminium to absorb alot of the radiant heat.
