What would be a good resource to sell it? Most moto-specific forums want you to be a member for a while before selling things on it. I have it on craigslist to see if anyone is interested. But that would only be local to Utah. Not sure if he would want to arrange to ship it anyway.

Would make a great 1000 dollar to 1200 dollar project for someone to restore.. That s for sure a great collector piece. I learned street riding on a 1978 750 four back in the early squid years.
"I get a total charge out of inspiring others to follow their dreams and not to fear change. Embrace it. Realize that money isn't the end-all, be-all. What is important, what really has value, is Time. As motorcyclists, we all face increased risks on the road, and on the track. Do something with your time; don't have a bag full of regrets when the train comes to a stop. "

bs, these are everywhere, I find and buy em all the time, they only made a kabillion of them. Now a days, people are dragging these oldies out to get some sun, its good to se and this one would probably clean up and fire off, with a little work it could be a pimp bike to go to the meets on.
They are cool bikes and this one is fairly clean, although appears to not have been run in a while. 29k miles is not a bunch, but not a spring chicken either.
that bike on fair market would probably sell for the 500 - 1000 range, maybe and depends on how bad the buyer wants it.
the old cb's have a good following, they make great 'chops" and it would sell pretty easily I would think.
oh yeah, its an sohc also, thats better or more desirable to the "CB" guys.
