You should find a way to put the new z1000 headlight setup on it for your next mod. It would look preeeety sweet. (I had this plan when I had a ninja 250)

I've got Pirelli Sport Demons ... they come in the stock (pre-08) sizes for the 250 so that's awesome for us. I've heard good things about them for the track and sport touring so I'm giving them a try ... I haven't pushed them hard enough to notice a difference over the OEMs yet ... but I'll be at the track (MSRH) this Sunday so we'll see how it goes.

Right now I just have the stock headlight ... but have been throwing around a couple thoughts ..

1) Acerbis Cyplops
2) Aztec8's
3) a simple round headlamp

So far I haven't come to any real conclusion though the Z1000 mockup sure does look nice.

I say custom is better for your project, rather than just buying parts that a lot of people already have on their bikes. I think a short, custom cafe-racer style sub-frame/ plastics would look sweet. Lmk if you need any more ideas.

+1 clips ons would defiantly add a nice touch to it. If you cant find any that will fit, woodcraft makes an adjustable set of risers that are shorter than stock. I had a pair on my 250 and they weren't too expensive
