A good customer of mine is fighting the same issue with his ZX14.
He's been in court over a year with it and no end in sight.

I believe they finally got it stopped leaking by using extra sealant on the gasket and doubling up the sealing washers on the vavle cover shoulder bolts to aplly more clamping force.

as big as u are... i dont see why ur not on a 1000 ? when i raced an 06 636 we had nothin but problems with it. mainly tranny issues. the only way id race another kawasaki is if it was free.

Yeah Patrick thats what I'm afraid of....even though its the law it just doesnt go as planned for some reason. And jody, i want a 1000 now that i have been riding sportbikes for a few years but didnt wanna jump on one too early. Well im contactin Mancuso right now to see what they say, Ill keep yall posted
