Helmet Recall

Dear Customer:

This notice is sent to you in accordance with the requirements of the
National Traffic and Motor Safety Act. We have recently received a recall
notice for some of the helmets we have sold in the past. If you have
purchased half helmets from Jafrum international Inc. anytime on or after
June 2006, please read the following:

The helmets recalled does not have any name or logo on it and the
manufacturer/supplier is Dealer Leather (EBL enterprises). If it has a logo
of Jafrum , HCI , Vega or VCAN you DO NOT need to take any action.

These helmets recalled were manufactured June 2006 to September 2007 by a
company named Dealer Leather. These helmets tested failed impact
Attenuation, Penetration and/or Labeling compliance.

Please stop using the helmet immediately and send to the address below.
Note that Jafrum is not responsible for these helmets and need to be
returned only to Dealer Leather location address. They will exchange the
helmet for a DOT helmet that meets all federal compliance standards or you
may get merchandise of equal value.

All helmets with starting SKU as 100.

If you believe Dealer Leather has failed or is unable to remedy this
noncompliance within a reasonable time, you may submit a complaint to the
Administrator, National Highway Traffic Safety Administration, 1200 New
