Tony - It looks like you did almost exactly what I did about a year ago, except I did it on the other end of the straight cause we we were running the other direction.

I was passing a guy on the outside, and in mine the front went which resulted in a low side then a tumble for an hour. My bike like yours an 06 CBR 1000RR was wadded - the good news is -- it lived and continues to serve me well. Honda's are tough. PopoRiderRR wadded his ( 07 CBR 1000RR -same as an 06) in the carousel and I'm fixing it for him - it is going to be fine.

I hope first you recover quickly, and second the bike is repairable. If I can help let me know. I know you're sore - Advil works wonders till you get the good stuff.
