R6 2007 model idle adjustment

Anybody on here racing an 06/07 model R6.
We need to pick up the idle adjustment to 3K and I'm struggling !!
The idle adjuster screw requires a 2mm allan key to turn.
That is after undoing the 7mm lock nut.
Problem on ours is that the allan screw appears to be thread locked or similar, cant budge it and broken 3 hex bits so far

I'm sure we've just got a real stubborn one but have any of you had a similar problem and how did you get around it??

Have I really got to take off injector body assembly and apply heat etc

Appreciate your help
