01 f4i fuel shut off?

is it possible to shut off the fuel from the tank? when we pulled the tank fuel was spilling out of a nipple that is connected to the pump is this right? its a steady flow not just dripping for some reason i cant find out how to shut it off. i thought since its fuel injected if u disconect the fuel lines and power to the pump fuel should not leak from the lines.

the only thing to really do is to disconnect the lines at the throttlebody and put vise grips on the lines before you do it

It's not gravity fed, the pump is in the tank.
Unfortunately Honda in their infinite wisdom does not have a fuel shut off or quick disconnect on their fuel injected bikes.
