Mobil 1 silver or gold cap, 15/50 full synthetic..... You can get it at Walmart for $22 a gallon. It comes in Z06 vettes and Ferraris from the factory so its good enough for our .....LOL ACtually I use it because it holds up really well to heat and doesn't lose viscosity as quick as other oils. I use it in the turbo bike with no oil cooler and the engine oil also cools the turbo and after 30k miles, the bearings still looked very good... Never had clutch slippage or any of that stuff related to car oil in bikes etc.....

I have run Rotella also when breaking in new engines because that oil has a lot of zinc which is good for cams/bearings etc....I have also used it the last 3k miles in my 1000 with no problems. (I did just switch the 1000 over to Mobil 1 though) Not sure about the detergent thing though(that Patrick mentioned, I didn't know about that), might not be a good idea in bikes but it awesome oil for cars.
