Texas Residents See UFO

I am surprised nobody here has talked about it yet.

The residents of Stephenville say they've seen a UFO:
http://abcnews.go.com/Video/playerIndex?id=3354674

Too bad nobody thought about whipping out their cell phone camera or something...

Some more food for thought:

UFO: Fact or Fiction?
Could there be proof of intelligent beings visiting Earth?

Yea i read about this the other day. I for one don't believe in UFOs but I got a little story for ya bout two weeks ago. My buddy and I were calling coyotes at my ranch, and first i see the biggest brightest shooting star. It went straight down. It was as bright as the North star in comparison. We both saw it. Then about 5 minutes later there is a moving object. It is very bright. There were many planes out and first thought was it was a plane, then my buddy reminds me that all planes have flashing lights. This was just one large solid light. Brighter than all the other planes moving across the sky about the same speed. I have no answer for any of it, don't believe in UFOs but makes for a good story.

i refuse to believe that we are the only intelligent life in the universe. it is mathematically impossible. UFOs however, im quite a bit more skeptical.

UFOs and other life forms are two different things.

Doesn't UFO stand for 'Unidentifiable fligth object'? Doesn't that mean, anything that is in the sky and not immediately identified, is declared a UFO? It could just end up being a kyte, or a military test plane or whatnot, couldn't it?

I think the question is not whether UFOs exist, but if a UFO could be an alien. Right?

UFO's are real, I have seen at least one for sure. Yall might think I'm goofy and you would be right, but I was goofy long before I saw a UFO. There is NO WAY that we are the only lifeforms in the universe and I know they have come to earth to check us out for whatever reason. I could share my story, but most people have a preconcieved notion on this topic already.

Anyone ever been to Roswell?

I am not sure if UFOs are aliens but when you visit the museum in Roswell (with a smile on your face!) you do go home with a weird sense of a feeling that there is something unexplained going on that is covered up nicely by somebody. Either the military is doing some odd training exercises with odd flight objects or its their job to cover up something else.

Not doubting the validity, like boost said, i would rather not know, but it IS a tourist attraction, and they definetely want you to feel that way. Keeps the tourists coming.

Oh, trust me, you can't help but grin just standing in front of it and a lot of it is pretty cheesy. But they are also a few interesting things in there and they do make you think ... I personally lean more towards military than alien but who knows...
