'M' Endorsement

Yep. Thats right. Got pulled over this morning by none other than houston finest on M/c's. Ended up getting a ticket for not having my 'M' endorsement which is btw the only thing he could get me for. Since I keep my bike legal.

This is so stupid to me. I know you have to go by the law, but what about all the illegals that get pulled over and then leo realizes it and just looks the other way?? Dont we have bigger fish to fry? Why do traffic enforcers seem like the lowest lifeform on earth to me? :/:

Just wondering if I can get my m/c lic. taken care of in time. Do you think they will drop the ticket or still make me pay it? Im taking some days off next week and going to get it.

you can take the MSF basic class or you can deal w/ the hassle of DPS to get your license.

quit whining about illegals, it's got nothing to do w/ you NOT having an M.

Its an offense that u can get arrested for, its the same as driving a car without a license. If u were righing "LEGAL" u would have this problem right now. "Stupid Is As Stupid Does" - Forrest Gump

it's a license....just like someone who operates a big rig needs a CDL....you want your average Joe driving a 60 rig with a class C license??? I think not....hate on yourself, you broke the law....

on the flip side, if you get the license taken care of prior to your court date...MOST judges will drop the charges and only slap you with court fees.

Someone has to drive the officer... so you need a friend, etc. with a valid license too. Or take MSF.

Yes.. none of that is a prob. I just dont have the money to be dropping 200 on msf then more for ticket .. etc.. etc..

Plus I been pulled over before more than a few times and was simply let go. Without even the mention of my 'm' endorsement. Along with a buddy I work with. Although he has a H-D and it was an H-D cop that got him and let him on his marry way with nothing..

cop wasn't doing his job then. i may be a hard , but driving without a license, i'd take you to jail if i could just for being dumb. but i'm not a cop. i have no sympathy for people that are just being too dumb or lazy to do what is right
