There is nothing out there that really catches my eye. That being said, I've always preferred older UJM,s . I think new models take a while to catch my eye and by the time I pull the trigger, they are old.

If I could have all my wishes at once, I'd land a job on the west coast, or somewhere there are decent roads to ride. Then I'd pick up the new SD 1290. Come each Friday afternoon I'd be gone, and the wife wouldn't see me or the bike again until Sunday night.

![]() I thought I'd be gone all the time, but the wife has a short leash on this ol' dog. The Dukes are awesome! I considered getting one, but then the FZ10 started looking just as badass to me. |

Got FZ10. Great bike. Had an eye on Tuono and Duke when I bought it in 2017, but this one was great deal. I was not disappointed...... So, as far as new bikes, I am thinking of another SV650. Loved my 1st gen, and would like another one for the track and around town.

I love my 2013 R1. Full out track! I've ridden all my life and never been afraid of riding anything except the hot muffler on my Dad's Bridgestone 90 kuz I burned my knee when I was nine. THEN..... the R1 with the crossplane. That thing freaked me out in the first mile. And..... I fell out of touch with the new Yamahas and got all caught up in the data from the H2R because of the impressive numbers. Never even sat on one, but it would have to be the track version. I hate those open pipes. Makes it look like some kind of crossover bike or something. Just needs some knobbies. Bleah......
So my question is; Do the new Yamahas still have the crossplane? That MAY pull my heartstrings. |

I decided that I'll go with the Indian Motorcycle FTR 1200
I never owned something brand new from the dealer, but I think this is a must |

I can understand 2020 models kuz manufacturers always design and produce 2.5 years ahead. Are they just selling out of existing stock or is someone else building them? |
