Question about getting driver license (car. new driver)

This is the deal PPl. a person needs my help to get nher driver's license, she already passed the written test and now she's ready for the driving portion, and asked me to take her there and use my car.

Issue is this..i have valid insurance, and driver's license, but a couple of months back i notices I have a warrant for a ticket issed back in..............1998.

I know,I know, shame on me, keep you flaming to yourselves (you know who Iam talking about )

Do they check the driver record of the person providing the car for the driving portion of the test? If so, i don't want to go, or else they will arrest me on the spot.

I need info ppl. she want to do it tomorrow

tell her to find another friend One without warrants

On the real, I don't think they'll check your stuff....just to make sure it registered, has current inspection, and a valid insurance ID card.

holy almost 10 yrs and still not caught? i give you props for that! lol
I believe many Harley guys spend more time revving their engines than actually driving anywhere; I sometimes wonder why they bother to have wheels on their motorcycles.

And y'all think there is a statue of limitation on the tickets,.
Back in the days before computer age, it used to be 5 years and your ticket would go away or impossible to track. Now, it will stay on the main frame until you paid it off.

Go take care of your warrant and take your lady friend to get the test. Sooner or later it will have to be resolve. Why not do it now and earn some brownie points?
