High Water On Typically, "High Ground"

Over 7" of rain has fallen in areas near Freeport, in southern Brazoria County, resulting in flooding of areas which normally stay dry in times of *heavy rain. We're also on Tropics Watch, as two systems are churning in the Gulf.
