Who laces spoked wheels?

So I hit something while cooking it in the bayou and fvcked my wheel up. Yeah there is video of it on the channel if you wanta hear me cry after I see it lol.
Well I'll be ordering a new hoop and maybe some new spokes (if needed) and was just planing on taking it somewhere local to get her laced up.
So who is able to do this (shop or personal)
