Losing top end power - 09 CBR600rr

Recently have I havent really had a chance to stretch the legs out on my bike and then the other week I wanted to. the bike revs up smooth until about 10k-11k rpms and then it kind of stops there like it hits a wall. Speed wise it gets to about 116 and will really slowly creep up to 125, but I know that the bike is capable of more than that and should do that way easier than it has been doing recently. I know it can be any number of things but has anyone experienced this and figured out what worked for them? Or would anyone be willing to help me out this weekend if weather permits? I am located in Katy by the way

I guess I would start with fresh gas, plugs, and a clean air filter

Is that when the secondary injectors kick in? Possibly an issue there? Have you checked any of the online CBR forums?

All above , but low air pressure , dragging brakes , poor chain/sprocket conditions no lube , bad wheel bearings the list is endless of things that could slow it down .

just reached 13k, last serviced performed last month. Just changed the spark plugs and air filter last night. Pulls harder but still feels like the acceleration hits a wall around 12k-13k rpms. Also new chain and sprocket put on about a month and a half ago

When changing the air filter is it necessary to raise the fuel tank? If so, then is there any chance the fuel line may be kinked when letting the tank back down and the line gets pinched or routed into an abnormal position?
