Motorcycle Accident/Fatility on BW8 North @ 290

Just after the 290 on ramp to BW8 North, had the three left most lanes closed down. Motorcycle was a cruiser, but was laying on its side up against the center barrier so I couldnt tell make/model. Just a heads up for anybody driving through there, will probably be shut down for awhile.....also, for anybody that knows people that rides that area this time of day

I'm head into town but I'm sure it'll be all jacked up on that side as well

Just drove through it myself. At least 10 cops when I passed.

I saw the back up on the other side of BW8 as I commuted home southbound yesterday. Was wondering what happened. Now I know. I take it from the title of this thread the rider did not make it.

No, they did not....there was a quick blurb on KHOU about it, and that verified that it was a fatality (sheet on the ground when I went by, assumed the worst)
