Your logic is flawed. You have every right to know all terms before entering into a legal agreement. Why do you think people get sued for padding the books and hiding numbers. You must disclose everything upfront. If the costomer ask to see the numbers, it should be readily available.
I don't think that makes the logic flawed. If you sign the papers and you've seen everything, then they simply lied, that's breaking a contract, but if the numbers on the contract are the same numbers you signed, that's just that. In cases like this, the people that end up suing are typically because all they care about is how much they pay per month, then they sign anything in front of them. While I agree, being an idiot in todays society does come with it's perks, because of all the regulations in place to help protect them, and keep them sheltered. However, its' still not a right, I would say it's really not even a legal issue until you've signed, and they lied.

If they are a legitimate business, they will have to highlight on the terms verbally and point/mark them out in their contracts.

Sorry, but if that is not explained to you, then you are going to some shady places.

Lol I agree, that was the initial purpose of the post, the guy clearly went' to a shaddy place. My only remark was it's not a RIGHT for them to show it to you. If they don't show it, you walk out.

Psychic reading and bike sales all in one shop! If I think my credit is bad, all I'd have to do is see the palm reader to tell me if I'm qualified to buy a bike

You were going to pay $9k for a 5, wait 6, year old bike with 22,000miles

I mean you were already bent over and ready to take it dry anyway.

HELP financing??? Motolease and teamxtremehouston???

I don't see them as crooks. I think the guys who run shops are crooks. They buy and resell stolen property after paying 10-20% of its value. These guys are catering to a high risk group. They know and they charge accordingly. If you were smart you wouldn't buy there. If you had other options and common sense you would not go there. It's like pay day loans. Smart people don't do it. Broke with no common sense jump all over it

They want 2k down. That's what they paid for it in the first place. You will pay that and a few months payment. Then they will repo and repeat
