just curious...

reflector, white line, reflector, white line = fine
reflector, four raised dots, reflector, four raised dots = extremely annoying

If this is a nuisance to anyone else, they'll know what I'm talking about. If not, I guess it's just me.:eh:

I hate lane changing and hitting part of one. You can feel the tire slide off, and then regain traction for a split second. I *try* to avoid them.

The markings, weird reflectors and weird dots are my petpeeves. I absolutely hate 'em. You cannot see them when it rains and you cannot see them when it is dark. They are uncomfortable to go across....

It gets really interesting during construction time, when you don't know which one is the new or the old lane. Eastbound on I-10, right after the 610 interchange was my biggest issue. Cars were going all over the place because they didn't know where the lanes were anymore. One of the reasons why I never rode the bike to school.

Practice jumping them so you can work up to rail road tracks.

railroad tracks don't bother me so much, as long as they're not really jacked up

I like the ones with a nice transition before them.
