Residents to be relocated as rundown Crestmont Village closes for good

A rundown southeast Houston apartment complex owned by slumlords has been completely shut down and more than 100 remaining residents will all be moved out by the end of today.* City officials are holding a news conference at 1 p.m. to update the community about the residents' relocation and progress.
