TxDOT: Bridge railing performed as expected in deadly school bus crash

The Texas Department of Transportation said a preliminary review of the bridge and bridge railing involved in the deadly Sept. 15 Houston ISD school bus crash indicates the roadway infrastructure met its design expectations.
