Low pressure system anticipated to form in Gulf of Mexico next week

A late-season tropical disturbance could form in the Gulf of Mexico as we close out the month of September.  Computer forecast models have been hinting at the possibility of development since last weekend, but remain very inconsistent in terms of strength and positioning.
