J.J. Watt makes one-handed catches against JUGS machine during practice

"What can't J.J. Watt do?" has become a familiar refrain when talking about the Houston Texans defensive end, who was recently voted the top player in the NFL by his peers.

The Texans were in Richmond, Virginia, for the first of three days of joint practices with Washington, and upon conclusion of Thursday's workouts, Watt did something he does fairy regularly.

He put in some work on the JUGS machine, catching passes. That's right, the defensive end who caught three touchdown passes last season was working on his hands. Well, his hand. He was wowing the onlookers with a series of one-handed catches. One, two, three, four in a row.

Watch the video here.

Just the day before, after a morning workout in Houston, in front of a full set of bleachers with Texans onlookers, Watt was running routes and catching passes from quarterback Ryan Mallett. Watt is certainly a showman, but when it pays dividends on game days, the Texans are glad to be a part of the show.
