Video shot by officer used against him in official oppression trial
Prosecutors used video shot by Webster police Officer Colin Murphy as evidence against him in court Thursday. Murphy and two other Webster officers are charged with misdemeanor official oppression in the arrest of a Nassau Bay man who was threatening to shoot himself with a .357-caliber pistol.
