Voluntary evacuation ordered for residents of Bolivar Peninsula
Effective at noon Monday, Galveston County Judge Mark Henry has issued a voluntary evacuation order for residents of Bolivar Peninsula, which include the unincorporated areas of Port Bolivar, Crystal Beach, High Island and Gilchrist.
