Wharton mayor continues to urge residents to leave as Colorado River rises

The city of Wharton's mayor is still calling for a voluntary evacuation for the west side of the city due to the rise of the Colorado River.  A press conference is being held at 8 a.m. Friday.  Watch the livestream on Click2Houston.com.
