Dangerous conditions near downtown Houston
Water is going down very slowly on Memorial Drive at Shepherd Drive. The Buffalo Bayou left its banks early Tuesday morning. By 3 a.m., several cars were underwater. By 6 a.m. ,five cars and an 18-wheeler were in the high water.
