Quannel X to hold press conference regarding inmate abuse by HCSO

Community activist Quannel X is set to host a press conference Sunday at 4 p.m. in front of the Harris County Jail on Sunday two days after the Harris County Sheriff's Office fired six employees and suspended 29 more amid allegations of prisoner abuse.
