Former child care worker accused of tying up child in 'time-out'

A former child care worker at the Zebra Zone employee child care facility was arrested Friday and fired, accused of tying up a child in "time-out." Eulalia "Lottie" Wehunt is charged with felony unlawful restraint and injury to a child.
