Houston Astros Opening Day

Thousands of Houston Astros fans made their way to Minute Maid Park for Opening Day on April 6, 2015. Street Fest was a fun-filled event for fans of all ages. Meanwhile inside, legendary sportscaster Milo Hamilton kicked off pregame ceremonies. It was his 66th Opening Day.

Houston native and country singer Clay Walker sang the National Anthem, and Hall of Fame recipient Craig Biggio threw out the first pitch.

The Astros won their home opener against the Cleveland Indians 2-0 in front of a crowd of 43,753, the largest since April 2010.
