Man that's one of my favorite terrains to ride in, went on a nice mud run today, had muck up to my knees trying to get out.

While I did not watch every minute of the video I fail to see the downside to the ride. I have been out there riding when it was like that and had a blast.

I ride a 125 2-stroke so none of that is very fun for me. If I had a 4-stroke it wouldn't be that bad. I'm not really too big on trail riding either, so that probably has a lot to do with my distaste for trail/mud riding. A quad would absolutely incredible out there though!

While it may be fun for some riders, including myself, the real "downside" is the damage done to the trails.

A handful of bikes riding under those conditions not much damage if any. But I'm more afraid of the quads seeing that video and thinking they have a new mudder alley to ride. A bunch of quads riding under those same wet and muddy conditions would trash the trails.
