Lawsuit: Teachers forced Houston students to beat fellow classmates

Two Houston mothers who say they're still repairing damage inflicted on their sons at the hands of a now-defunct school district six years ago.  A federal lawsuit says the boys were just second graders in 2009 when teachers forced them and other students to beat fellow classmates who were misbehaving.
