Reports: Minnesota Vikings RB Adrian Peterson reinstated by NFL
Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson has been reinstated by the NFL, according to multiple media reports.
Peterson had been suspended during the 2014 season after he was indicted in September on an injury to a child charge in Montgomery County. His attorney claims Peterson used a "switch" to spank his son.
An ESPN.com report said a district judge ruled Thursday in the NFL Players Association's lawsuit against the NFL on Peterson's behalf, after a hearing earlier this month.
We'll post more details as they become available.
