Pancho Claus hits the streets of Houston delivering holiday cheer

It's an annual tradition, now in it's 33rd year. Pancho Claus spent the morning leading a parade of low riders through the streets of Houston's east end.  Sporting his signature zoot suit and fedora, Pancho Claus joined deputy constables from precinct 6 to spread holiday joy.
