Texas Equusearch founder offers solutions on cars submerged in Houston bayous
There's growing momentum to fix a problem lurking in Houston's bayous, first exposed by Local 2 Investigates. Texas Equusearch founder Tim Miller spoke at council Tuesday, asking for support to get those vehicles removed.
