Chilly day Wednesday, Freeze Watch overnight for northern counties

It is a chilly day with clouds holding tight across Southeast Texas. Areas that experience more sunshine Wednesday will warm into the low 50s, while locations stuck in the clouds will have high temperatures in the upper 40s.
